After you send this information to MCS you will receive an e-mail with instructions to send us a copy of the hotel contract you have negotiated.

Note: Do not sign and return your contract to the hotel until we present our contract for comparison. Once the hotel has a signed contract, we cannot help you.

Within 24 hours of receiving your hotel contract, we will call with more detailed questions about your group.

Please be patient, you have challenged MCS to negotiate a better deal with the hotel. This process can take between two and six weeks to complete... the results are worth the wait.
