   2. If we can do better we will send you a letter of agreement to sign. It authorizes MCS to re-negotiate your hotel contract on your behalf.

   3. Within 30 – 45 days we will send you our re-negotiated contract. Review and compare our contract to what you negotiated. We guarantee the terms in our contract will be a much better deal.

   4. Now you must decide... You can still sign your original contract, or you can sign our contract. Signing our contract will cost you less even though:
      • The hotel will pay commissions to MCS.

      • You will pay Meeting Contract Services 25% of the money saving perks we secure that were not reflected on your original contract… hotel comps, give backs, reduced fees or other benefits that reduce your groups bottom line expenses.
